Terry Mark Brewer is the only good match I found. Height, hair color, time frame fit and they both wore brown boots.
Terry was last seen in Rochester, which is a distance of more than 300 miles, but not impossible. Also, would it be possible for him to have fallen into Lake Ontario oder Erie and wash up in the Detroit River? Sry for the question, but I do not know anything about flow directions...
