0 Missing Persons Exclusions

Saw this case on NamUs and it seems like a sad case of a man who was found decomposing in a car owned by a business? Could this man be homeless/transient or maybe a suicide, though a homicide is also a possibility. I hope this guy gets his name back as 5'6 and 96lbs sounds he is underweight though I do wonder if decomposition can also affect weight? I also wonder if he is a UNC Chapel hill student as Chapel Hill is not far from where the UID was found.

Questions: Says the car belonged to the business. How long was the car there? Is it a recent purchase, or long term parked? As the deceased was decomposing, and weather is cool to mild I am guessing the death was not very recent (but could be wrong on that). Any previous owners of the vehicle? - In that scenario, I'm imagining a sale / repossession type thing, where the vehicle contents were not noted upon retrieval of the car.

Guess we'll await further news reports.
