A few suggestions

Tamika Howard, missing at 37 from Newark, would’ve been around 50 around the time the body was found which could explain the grey hair. Hard to say thought without a PMI.

Mia C. Kelly, missing from Camden county in 2007. Was 38 at the time and would’ve been around fifty (same thing I said in Tamika’s case about no PMI) Known address isn’t listed and neither are circumstances which makes me wonder if she was transient which could explain the layers of clothes.
