@Cracka*Jaxx calling in a local member!

my family lives in New Mexico

Is the tattoo a hand holding something? Sort of like this, sort of:

image from colourbox.com

more sitting on the heel of the hand?

Ms. Platero is a good start. There is at least one woman missing from Taos, a couple hours to the north.

 I dunno. I can kinda see what appear to be fingers in the top right side of the tattoo but then I think I'm making myself see all kinds of other stuff too. I'll leave the opinions for others to make. I wanna know tho, how in the world did you notice that? :p

Who went missing from about 2 hours away, wearing Converse shoes as well.

Good find, Vic! I don't see anything glaringly obvious that would exclude her from a comparison. There's only a 7 month lapse b/w Tamicka going missing and the discovery of these remains, and the est PMI is 6 months. There's a 2-hour drive from one location to the other, so that's definitely not unrealistic. IMO, she's worth submitting as a PM.

ETA - It was while I was creating a thread for Tamicka (aka Minna) that I read a little closer and realized I didn't pay very close attention to the different descriptions of tattoos. Minna's profile only lists a "LOVE" tattoo on her finger and that's not shown for JD. Is it possible the others were left out of her profile? Also, her shoe size is an 8 rather than a 9 for JD. That's close enough to a size 9 to fit depending on the make of the shoe, imo. I still think she's a good find to at least submit to the NamUs rep. Here's a thread for her.

We're a village, and not enough of us to do this work. If I notice anything, the suggestion may help another poster make the connection needed to return a decedent to their family.

Each of us is good at something -- when we come together, we make things happen!

The seashell is a great idea!!! Something like this:

Can someone bring the tattoo image in, set up a side-by-side?

20200723_130339.png 20200723_130132.png Thank you @Laughing for the pic I started work a.d forgot to hunt the one I think looks so similar. They have shells in boxes where I work (or did once upon a time) I may go through them if i get chance 2morro. A specific conche shell (I blv that's what it's called) is what I have in mind.

I own 1 acre in Rio Rico, New Mexico. How terrible that she was found out there. I had no idea. I will have to look more at that tattoo. It appears Indian to me.

Maybe a very deteriorated sacred heart tattoo, if the orientation of the photo is off?

I wish we understood the location amd orientation of the tattoo. IMOO, 'Ankle tatto' could be below the ankle bone, on it, above it beside it...
Her ppl would know, but for us with the photo provided, we have to hope the ME took that pic from the orientation of one viewing her tattoo in life? Perspective.
Thank you @RememberingRyan for the change of perspective on that pic- I can see a sacred heart possiblity.
I wonder how much a tattoo changes/ shrinks during decomp- it could change everything,
AND tats get all blown out around the edges over time.
Light hearted moment- Im seeing a gnome now too.

It appears to have a scar in the very middle does any one else see that? Perhaps she was trying to cover it due to embarrassment. Just a thought.

O Rule-Outs Listed. Maybe they have some, but are not accessible by the public.

Thanks. I assume they ruled-out out TP (mentioned earlier) but it would be nice to know for sure.... :(

Conch shell tattoo, eh?
Reminds me of the token "I got a tattoo in Key West..."

Daniellia Chavez went missing way back in 2016 in San Antonio Tx...possible?

Description said to have had a tattoo on the back of her neck of a butterfly and a tattoo on her right ankle of a heart and chain.

Although, her height is said to have been 5'3 estimated.

The link in the first post leads to a 'page not found' error and I can't find her by searching for New Mexico Does. Was she identified?

You're right, her NamUs page is down. Probably identified then?
