I think I'm going to tell the news agencies, the "journalists", that I, someone who is not a building or fire or safety inspector and has no official authority in any such field, "approved" a building's safety rating just because I said so. Then when the "journalists" ask me "who are you? Are you an official building inspector? How can you say you approve buildings for inspection when you have no legal authority to do any such thing? You can't claim you have the ability to do that!", I will simply remind them "well you did the same thing for a bunch of self-proclaimed moms who claimed they 'solved' a double homicide when they did no such thing, when not only can they not make arrests or close a case, but law enforcement didn't arrest anyone or close the case either from anything they did, but you said those moms 'solved' a case, so why can't I 'pass' a building as rated safe?"
Would they even have enough intellect to understand my point?
Marissa Pianko, Nicole Landset Blank, Samira Poulos, Jeannie Wilson, unless you are the investigating authorities for a crime in your jurisdiction, you cannot "solve" any crime. You may have figured out who did it, you can say you figured it out and you can say you know who did it, and you probably did figure it out and you probably are right, but you cannot "solve" anything. Only the authorized investigating agents and their agency can say that.
It seems the authorities were also aware of who the murderers are, which you admit you learned from them, but the authorities lacked the certainty that they could secure a conviction in court, especially when all involved can obviously afford top attorneys.
And the authorities didn't make any arrests or close the case because of anything you did. Nothing has changed. The killers are still free.
Shame on all of you for your dishonesty for claiming you have the authority to do something you don't, and for claiming you did something that didn't happen, and shame on you, Chuck Hogan, for going along with this charade to make a buck, and shame on all the "journalists" who fail to do their job, as usual these days.
It wasn't hard to figure out that the incident they're referring to is the 2007 disappearance and then homicide of Barbara and Robert Callender, who disappeared from their home in Simi Valley on July 28, 2007, and their remains and their vehicle, a black 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee with personalized license plate ISSG, were found on Sept. 7, 2007 in a Malibu Canyon ravine.
If anyone has any information about the double homicide of Barbara and Robert Callender, without claiming you "solved" it too, please post it in the comments. Maybe we can learn something that might help the actual authorities solve the case or learn more about it for our own interests.
If anyone has the longer video footage of the recovery of the vehicle, as mentioned in the New York Post article and from scant clips I saw on videos from news segments about this online, and there is a way to view it online, please let us know in the comments.
If anyone has any info on their suspicious (obvious) son and any other suspects in the case, like photos of them or their social media pages, post that here too.
