Woman's body found in Sydney reserve had been there 'for a period of time'
Police officers went to Irwin Street in Werrington on Sunday after a passer-by spotted the body in a remote part of the reserve and called triple-0.

Detectives have been door-knocking in a quiet Western Sydney street after a woman was found dead in a reserve about 50 metres from homes.
Police officers went to Irwin Street in Werrington at about 1:15pm on Sunday after a passer-by spotted her body, partially naked and lying face down in bushland.
Detective Superintendent Trent King said the woman was "potentially middle-aged" and had been there "for a period of time".
