Missing Juvenile – Request for Public Assistance

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating 7-year-old Gabriela Jireth Gimon Palma, who was last seen on July 11, 2025, at approximately 4:30 PM in the care of her grandmother, Rosibel Galavis Telles.

Gabriela’s mother allowed her to visit with her grandmother temporarily beginning on July 11th. Gabriela was expected to return home by Saturday, July 19th, but has not been brought back as scheduled. Since then, Gabriela’s mother has made multiple attempts to contact Ms. Telles, but she has not responded. Gabriela is now considered missing.

Ms. Telles may be traveling in a gray 2015 Hyundai Elantra with Ohio license plate KPZ3638. Family members believe she may be heading to El Paso, Texas, and possibly continuing to an unknown location in Mexico.

Gabriela Gimon Palma is described as:
• 7 years old
• Approximately 3’5” tall
• Weighs around 66 pounds
• Light brown hair
• Brown eyes
