On Sunday, June 23, 2024, the remains of Anastasiya Stangret were located, under a wooden pallet, in an overgrown lot on the 4700 block of Griscom Street. Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene at 10:09 p.m. The Office of the Medical Examiner later determined that Anastasiya had been shot.
