Sylvia Cuttitta was reported missing and last seen around 2:00AM on January 3, 2010:

Case #MP4621 on NamUS
The Charley Project

Sylvia was last seen in her South Beach home on January 3, 2010. She left without any identification, money, credit cards or wallet.

An NYPD spokesman on Thursday confirmed that the remains are those of Sylvia Cuttitta, who was 50 years old when she walked away from her home at 92 Capodanno Blvd. about 2 a.m. on Jan. 3, 2010, clad in her husband’s leather bomber jacket. [Source]

The following remains were found:
Skull - August 2010 by a fishing boat in Ocean City, Md
Tibia - April 2011 by another fishing boat at an unspecified location off the coast of New Jersey
It wasn't until March 2013 that her remains were identified as hers. A neighbor found her jacket behind her home a month after her disappearance (the same bomber jacket that was said to belong to her husband).

The remains include a skull that was found later that year by a fishing boat in Ocean City, Md., and a tibia found in April 2011 by a fishing boat at an undisclosed site, according to the report, which cites information from the Cape May County medical examiner and the New Jersey State Police forensics lab. A law enforcement source familiar with the case said police are looking into the possibility that Mrs. Cuttitta jumped into the icy waters. [Source]

Here are the articles from SILive as follows:

Although she has been found, a cause of death has not been released and law enforcement believes she jumped into the water (but I have yet to see anything else related to it).

Thread title has been adapted to show missing date (not identification date) and case has been moved to located.
Up to now, there no further information on cause of death, so i do not see much discussion material
Her initial thread has been pulled, i will check for reason and remain this one under observation
