Good question. She has her first hearing at 9 am on July 20— but I really don’t know about these other charges.

She was indicted by a grand jury. Does this mean that she does in fact have to appear?

Armstrong is also charged with theft and faces a federal count of flight to avoid prosecution. The next court date in her case is a preliminary hearing on July 20, but Armstrong herself will not be appearing.

Kaitlin Armstrong needs to be closely monitored if released from jail, judge says

If she is released, Armstrong must be fitted with a GPS bracelet before she leaves the Travis County Jail. She must also abide by a curfew between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., and surrender her passport.

The Feds filed the motion to dismiss the case without prejudice because the Feds are not wanting to disrupt the State’s case against KA, and are allowing the State to pursue their case against KA first. They will be back.

KAITLIN ARMSTRONG is responsible for the death of Moriah Wilson. KAITLIN ARMSTRONG is responsible for the pain MO’s friends and family feel.

IF CS was two-timing KA & MW, he’s a selfish jerk. But selfish jerks are a dime a dozen and women all over the world are betrayed and deceived and manipulated by them every day. It’s certainly nothing new.

CS was a lousy dating option but he’s not the reason Mo is dead — KAITLIN ARMSTRONG is.
