On 12/13/1977, 15-year-old Phyllis Ady was reported missing. Phyllis was living with her Aunt and Uncle at the time in Cedar City. Her Aunt dropped her off at Hermie’s Drive In on 12/12/1977, where Phyllis met an acquaintance. She was not seen after that night. On July 2, 1980, skeletal remains were found in an old carrot pit beneath a wooden trap door covered by a mound of dirt in a backyard in Cedar City. These bones were identified as Phyllis Ady.
