Holly H: it is the oNLY MOVE the defense has. ... dysfunction in the family is oNLY THING THEY HAVE TO WORK WITH. what sets this case apart is all the freakish things casey did before and after reporting her missing.. and actually NEVER REPORTED HER MISSING.. HER MOTHER DID... talking about her lies about her work place..

it is not just circumstantial... there is physical evidence.. testing air is not a new thing. the evidence on the body.. all came from the Anthony home.. throwing under the bus there is no other way to go... the computer searches.. this is someone who lied and meticulously planned it......

she obviously grew up in a dysfunctional family and this will give the jury an opportunity to give other conviction options like manslaughter.

But exactly HOW is the defense going to get this testimony into the GUILT phase of the trial????? THAT is where the jury will determine 1st degree, manslaughter, etc...

Exactly WHO is going to bring this testimony in? Will (can) Baez actually ask George while on the stand "Did you molest your daughter?" Don't think so!

By the time they get to the MITIGATING (PENALTY) phase, KC will have already been convicted of a CERTAIN CHARGE!

When the "throwing parents under the bus" comes in during mitigation, it will be TOO LATE for jury to change their mind from premeditation to manslaughter!

H H says they may not get the dp due to mitigation: Levi disagrees and compares this case with Scott Peterson case...

HH: the difference with SP is that they said SP was normal, nice boy, etc.. the abuse that comes up with Casey will explain to some jurors that her actions could be explained. In SP case he was not noted to be beaten,etc.. had a wonderful childhood... in Casey's case all the abuse that comes up all the unstable family ON THE AIR.. this may buy enough sympathy to keep her off death row
