Now going to an invoice for Dec 16,2008. Nothing was described on that invoice other than to say there was no other activity via invoices/orders until April 2009. March 25,2009 she spoke with Connie from Dr.Murray's office regarding an infusion IV set. The conversation is referenced in communication logs between her company and Connie. Connie requested a "safe site infusion set" with a specific reference number. They didn't stock this, it was ordered from the manufacture and had it shipped directly to customer site. It was ordered on March 25. Order was pulled (not shipped at that time) due to credit card on filed being rejected.

LOL I'm confused now as to whether or not it was actually later shipped. Pros is now unwrapping a evidence package that is the iv infusion set being discussed with Connie Ng.

Oh, here we go, as of March 31, nothing had yet been resolved as far as payment. Item had not yet been shipped.

April 13, 2009 spoke to Connie again and she made an inquiry that raised a "red flag" with witness. Connie wanted it shipped to a residential address in California. Witness refused to ship to that address.

(she did say earlier that after she refused shipping to the residential address that all shipments went to Las Vegas office address and that is the only address they ever shipped to)

Thank you Talina so much for all your posts keeping those of us who can't sit at computer for long periods of time very well updated!

I'm not versed in very much medical but looking at all that was ordered and shipped to Murray, a layman could assume that Murray was going to perform major surgery instead of a few IVs!

(now showing witness a item collected by investigators that in a box asking her if she recognizes it (black bag that has a blood pressure cuff) she is saying it is the product referenced on the invoice being discussed.

How many viles of Propofol did Michael receive when he was given the drug at bedtime?

If he was given one vile, 225 viles should be enough for 7 months.

Here is what was left over when LE found everything from another site (BOZ GAL-which is also a member here) that has kept up with the amount found after MJs death.

3- 100ml vials
8- 20ml vials

These vials come in milliliters but are given in small mg doses.

Only a tiny amount is used from the bottle. For instance if we take the lying words of CM that said he gave him 2.5 mg. then in a 20 cc syringe it would be less than an inch worth of propofol in the syringe.

June 1 - ambue(sp) bag, airway kit (2 of them)

June 15 - another discussion with Connie still seeking out urine bags to be used with condom catheter, seeking specific size bag. Connie wanted a small urine leg bag and witness told her they didn't have one available. Connie contacted manufacurer directly and was told there was not a small size avail that she was after.

June 22 - invoice
30 catheters (urine catheter), leg bags for urine catheters, - Connie asked for products to be shipped overnight.

Def - asking how far back her records go, she said first inv is Jul 2007, he is directing her to Jul of 2007 witness confirms same safe site pump ordered that date, Oct 5, 2007 ordered another safe site pump set, June 24, 2008, safe site pump set

Def - asking witness to look at the April 14, 2009 shipment. Def placing the order form on the overhead projector and is now going over the multi page order again. Now asking about page 2 going to end of order excel iv administration set asking witness what that is and she said she is not a dr and can not explain exactly what it is.

Def asking her about the bag she identified for prosecution. She said she identified it by looking at it and she knows what it is. (?? not sure where he is going with this)

Def is asking her specific questions about items on the invoices and she is not able to answer some of his questions. Sounds like he is wanting more description of what items are specifically used for but I could be wrong. He is very unorganized (IMO) in his questioning.

Def asking her about an Excel IV administration set purchased on April 14, then directs her to May 12 same thing ordered. 50 per case of that item.
