The big one where the big cactuses are in front. It is remote as far as blocked by view from other houses due to trees and from what I have heard very little traffic.
He would also have to make sure there were no farm workers in the area.
Good Morning all,
I started reading WS back in the Caylee Anthony times and was amazed by how quickly information was found/gathered/organized here. When I read about the arrest of Sierra's kidnapper/murderer, I knew I had to check here first.
I am in San Jose, not far from Morgan Hill so obviously this hits very close to home (so close in fact that we are going to get our girls emergency cell phones this weekend for the 1% of the time they are not with us). There have been so many conversations about stranger danger and safety etc since this all happened. I know Santa Clara is big but when I heard the LD say that 43 girls have been reported missing since 1/2011 I almost lost my breakfast. Growing up in San Jose, I can honestly say, I have never felt in danger, never felt scared or nervous and vowed to never leave. Now with 2 little girls and one teenage son and w/all the police budget cuts/program cuts/etc, I see how much danger really exists in my wonderful hometown.
I've seen a lot of questions about whether or not his coworkers ever reported him. I can honestly say..those sketches look like a LOT of people around here...including my husband. My husband stands out a little bit because he is very tall (6'4") but he is latino, shaved head, full mouth, etc. My son is 19 and looks exactly the same. We are not gangmembers, gangsters, etc. In fact, my husband works in mental health with troubled youth at our schools and in our community. My son is a student at the university and interns for his dad doing the same type of work.
When I saw his myspace, I do agree that he seems to dress in the style of a "homeboy" but unfortunately, so do a lot of people. We've had to get on my son when he wears too much of one color, not because of what HIS intentions are by wearing them but because of how other people will view him.
I DO believe that his wife had some similiarities to Sierra. I was kinda shocked when I saw her picture, but the other girls that have been pulled up...really do just resemble the majority of the teenage girls around here.
I DO believe though that his is not his first time and that he has more blood on his hands than what we as the public know. It'll all come out in the wash. That's for sure! Interesting that our President is in town and this presser is going on at 1:30pm. Not sure which one has more news coverage at the moment....

)He wasn't working for Safeway at the time of the abduction -- he left its employ sometime in 2010. Does not sound like he held a real job after leaving Safeway.

He is being held separately, away from the general population. These types aren't put in with other convicts for safety reasons. Even the most hardened criminals hate child murderers.

Up thread, I think Nurse posted a link ?, it said he was working with a contractor in San Jose. Which got me to wondering if he went to work that day. If he did, he would not have had a lot of time to dispose of a body. Others pointed out he would have driven by Sierra's area on his way to work every day.
Is the safeway that he once worked near a school or college?
I don't know how to do all the investigating that all of you are so good at doing.
I mentioned yesterday that our local safeway is near a high school. Many kids will leave campus to get lunch there. Okay, so they cut a class or two to go there.
I am so curious as to his pattern of the safeway store. He also had to know that there is not a security camera in the parking lot, or where the camera is not aimed in order to be so brazen as to attack a female in the same place more than once.
