I believe he crosses his arms so he can tuck his hands underneath his biceps to make them look larger than they really are. This guy is all about his image and manipulating others into believing he's something he's not.

I know someone who is handicap as a result of a stroke as an infant. You can certainly tell he's handicapped, he holds his hand similar to several of the photos we've seen of aleah.
