IANAL, but I'm pretty sure the attorney-client privilege still applies. If it didn't, then anyone who fired their lawyer would be faced with that lawyer blabbing all their secrets. I believe only Jodi can waive attorney-client privilege in this case. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

According to the Washington Post, there's supposed to be a hearing today because the defense attorneys are asking for more time before the trial starts. I don't think this is anything new -- they've been quoting the large amount of documents in the case pretty much since Welch was arrested...

We do have the same thing, but the defendant has to request a bench trial. The judge can't force him to have one because they can't find enough unbiased jurors. Sent from my KFSOWI using Tapatalk
