If I may............................It all depends upon what you do for a living. In my work, I am highly scheduled and meeting heavy. Due to the nature of my job, I either lead the meeting(s) or my attendance is critical. I would certainly be able to participate on a jury if I knew what days...

Oh, and Ventana has employee housing onsite. It's way rustic, but it is employee housing during the season. Darryl probably didn't live in it because he was management (at least in the begining) but she sure did. And tips would be very good there.

I tend to agree. If you look at her past experience with men, it seems that she usually "traded up." At least in her own world. The trade up activities increased as she got older and more experienced. She must have thought she hit the jackpot when she reeled in Darryl Brewer originally. But...

She can refuse to testify, that is her right. But I don't believe she can refuse to be cross examined on things she has ALREADY testified to even if in secret (remember it was not secret to the jury.) I think it might work like this.... Let's say that JA testified in her star chamber and only...

But that only applies if you are physically in the state in which the trial is being conducted. I think (and may be totally wrong)that the exception to that is for federal (as opposed to state) trials.

I feel ya. I have watched this unholy fiasco from the beginning and constantly sickened by her and her little circus team. In order not to go completely crazy, I tend to cling to one thing. Her "win" at the point.....her victory that is all important to her and the black hole of a diseased...

I think she changed her hair color in Salinas. I live in Salinas and know that there are quite a number of salons that take walk-in's that take cash, are high volume and speak English as the second language. I mention the language thing because I doubt Spanish or Korean only speaking folks...

I think they probably did have sex. Her texts and emails indicate that she slept in his bed quite a lot when she was living in the same town as Travis. I have no doubt that Travis did not know she was coming on that fateful date. If I recall correctly, she says she showed up in the wee hours...

Which is totally ridiculous. Geez, Jodi Arian pretty much lived in a car. Taking road trips I and logging hundreds and hundreds of miles all the time. Why the need to borrow or buy gas cans if she never drove through the desert without extra gas? If that were true, wouldn't she already have...
