    True Crime Garage Podcast

I found the document you are referring to: http://callahan.8k.com/images/ascl/gitchell_letter_5_26_93_02.jpg Apparently, it was Dr Perretti himself who mentioned the urine to Gitchell. This is strange, because, as you mentioned, there was no urine listed in the autopsy report! Also, I wonder...

May 5, 2015 Rally Arkansas State Capitol Building to Reopen Case and Exonerate the WM

Still, I completely understand that DE wanted to take the Alford Plea instead of fighting on. After all, his life was on the line..

May 5, 2015 Rally Arkansas State Capitol Building to Reopen Case and Exonerate the WM

Does anyone know if there was a similar kind of rally this year on the 23 year anniversary? Just so sad that all these years have passed without justice :(

Viable Suspect: Terry Hobbs - #2

Are you saying that the bodies were dumped there after Slater and Bosky had searched the creek?

Viable Suspect: Terry Hobbs - #2

I believe the woods were first searched from about 8:30 PM onwards (after JMB reported his son missing to the police). The woods were pretty much constantly being searched until around midnight, I think. I always have trouble finding out at what time which woods were being searched (the woods at...

Viable Suspect: Terry Hobbs - #2

I don't think the coroner gave an estimated time of death, as I can't find anything in the coroner's report about it. I think it is really hard to give an exact estimate of TOD, because the bodies were positioned in the water, and all kinds of factors play a role in how fast the decomposition...

Last Sightings of the 3-eight-year-old Boys

I recently read Cynthia Rico's statement again, and it is very interesting. She says that she saw MM, SB and CB playing near the spot where the bayou goes under the I-10, somewhere between 18:15 and 18:30. I can't see when she made this statement, but I believe I once read that she called it in...

    Resolved FL - Port St Joe, 2 Children 96UMFL & 66UFFL, bound & gagged in photo, Jun'89

Well, it is possible that this was a family that was on vacation in the United States. Maybe they left before the picture was widely publicized, and they never knew about it.

I agree with Userid on this one. It's obvious that RC could not have gone to his school after the bodies were discovered, but before school let out. I also don't think that the WMPD would have told the parents of SB and CB that their children had died before their bodies had been discovered...

    Viable suspect: Terry Hobbs #1

That might be true, but who's to say that they didn't went to church earlier than usual on that Wednesday night? I don't really agree that 18:30 is a fixed time, especially since they told their story 16 years or so after the event.

    Viable suspect: Terry Hobbs #1

There is one problem with this scenario: the bodies of SB and CB weren't found until 2:56 and 2:59 PM respectively (it's in the crime scene notes). I assume that the parents were notified after that. If school let out at 3 PM, and RC only heard about the discovery after that, JCB's story can not...

Last Sightings of the 3-eight-year-old Boys

http://callahan.8k.com/images2/c_wahl/wahl_c_notes.jpg I was looking through the documents on Callahan, and I found a note on an interview with Chris W. that also seems to contain an interview with PH. I can't make out the exact words, but it says something like: '3.30, told to be back at 4.30...

    Viable suspect: Terry Hobbs #1

I wasn't sure, so I looked it up just now on jivepuppi. You're right, the sock was found in a right black tennis shoe of which the lace was missing. However, the shoe has never been positively linked to a specific victim. The CUGA shoes (black tennis shoes with purple interior) seem to belong to...
