Does anyone remember the name of that lawyer's podcast about this case that's really good? I'm driving somewhere for work and it's going to take an hour and I just can't look it up right this second but I'd really like to listen to it.

They could have gone outside to smoke as many people don't like to smoke inside the house, because three people smoking inside is gross or may set off a smoke alarm. Or out of politeness to the host.

Yes you can see all of that info in a google account. Go to my account, maps, timeline. Gmail and all google services a person uses share the same password.
