I keep thinking about the possibility of Shantina's loved ones reading these posts and how hurtful it would be. LE reported what was found in the van and there was no mention of a crack pipe or any other drug paraphernalia. If they wanted to keep that part of the investigation under wraps...

I would just HATE it if a perpetrator got away with causing their deaths simply because she was an alcoholic and had CPS reports, and everyone's mindset is "she did it". EVERY avenue should be explored. imo

Repeat offenders learn how to not leave evidence, the tide could have washed evidence away. I am not saying the scenario I posted is what happened, I am saying it is possible there was a third party involved because there is a lot of time unaccounted for where anything could have happened.

I don't see her being on the videos as an alibi. When I am in those stores, I do not even think about being on their videos. If she was smart enough to think of that as an alibi, she would have been smart enough to know her wandering store to store to restaurant to private home would lead LE...

If she didn't drink it, she may not have had to go. Az wouldn't have to leave the van to relieve himself, just open the door. Little boys, ya know. Even big boys do this, lol

If they found her bag somewhere at the scene and it had gotten wet (I assume it would), would the dogs still get a scent from wet clothing?

I truly hope she surfaces so that they (and we) will at least know/have some sort of closure, but if she drowned (and I thinks she did), her body may never be found. Very possible we will never know exactly what happened in this tragedy.
