I highly doubt he doped. He never failed one test. He's only admitting to get them of his back. Alot of people have confessed to something they didn't do. Even confessed to murder they didn't commit.

It depends on a few factors, priors, etc, but the minimum is 3 years. But it will all depend on the jury or the Federal Government who can also charge her. I think she will have some time to think about what she's done either way. I see at least 15 years in her future.
