CA CA - East Area Rapist aka The Original Night Stalker 1976-86

Thanks Colette. I am just starting to get into/read about this case. Something about this screams, 'highly trained armed forces/hitman/intelligence agent'. I mean, it's not for sure, but to get away with this number of rapes in East Area takes a hell of a lot of planning and skill. Even a...

CA CA - Valerie MacDonald, 26, San Francisco, 9 Nov 1980

I've been following a little the machinations of Anita Langley and Virginia McCullough- and while I can see Langley is probably just being directed by Riconosciuto's, I have a hard time reading into the motives of McCullough. There's something really bizarre about this whole case.

James Kolar's New Book Will Blow the Lid off the JonBenet Ramsey Investigation

Tricia, For months I've been busy at work and haven't had time to check on this forum to see whether or not the little teaser about 'something good in the JBR case' happening this year had as of yet come to fruition. Looks like I am a little late finding out what you were referring to, but...

    Tricia's Tease

Is Fleet holding something back? I wasn't aware of that, but no doubt it is out of fear of Lin Wood that he keeps his silence.

    The John Ramsey 2012 Roadshow

Alex Hunter has never said the Rs were cleared- it was his predecessor, Mary Lacey.

    John Ramsey's New Book

Just my two cents: JR is innocent until proven guilty, and the strongest evidence of any family member points to PR. So I don't think buying JR's book would have the same moral dilemma caused by buying a book by O.J. or Casey Anthony both of whom, although officially "cleared" of murder, were...

This 1971 Movie Opening Scene Sadly Reminds Me of JonBenet

OK, actually I was referring to the actor, John Rubinstein. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0748270/ Fast forward 29 years and he plays Rev. Hoverstock in Perfect Murder, Perfect Town, the film abut JonBenet Ramsey. When I saw Perfect Murder, I remembered this 1971 TV classic and how Rubinstein...

This 1971 Movie Opening Scene Sadly Reminds Me of JonBenet

Sorry, not a direct JonBenet connection, but a connection to the dramatization of her story. Hint: Look at the actor who plays the killer and think what other movies he played in. I know...I know...it's kind of dumb...but no dumber than John Ramsey pointing the finger at Fleet White or Bill...

This 1971 Movie Opening Scene Sadly Reminds Me of JonBenet

Has anyone ever seen this, A Howling in the Woods? It depicts a little girl, a few years older than JonBenet but looking eerily like her, being killed in the basement. A Howling in the Woods (1971) P1 - YouTube Curiously, the Killer has a J'onBenet connection'. See it to the end and...

What a couple of great radio shows on JonBenet

Speaking of Lin Wood, is he the main reason we never hear about Fleet White? Mr. White must have his opinions, but I never hear of him interviewed: has Lin Wood warned him that it is 1/10 of a second between the time he opens his mouth and he gets slapped with a lawsuit?

What a couple of great radio shows on JonBenet

wonderllama: Agreed, there are way too many lawyers in the U.S. It is a symptom of our economic and educational problems- we are doing poorly in mathematics and science, which pushes more students into studying history, sociology, anthropology, etc. Which means, at the end of the day, many...

THIS article says what I believe about the motive for the murder and who the perp was

The DNA is not necessarily "strange". We all walk around with touch DNA on us from other people, all the time. According to Dawna Kaufman, Henry Lee, cynic and others, this could easily be some skin cells from someone completely unrelated to the crime. It might even be from someone who...

What a couple of great radio shows on JonBenet

SD, Unfortunately, my impression is that, because it has such a low violent crime rate, the residents of Boulder don't care one way or another when the D.A. flubs up now and then. If Boulder had the crime rate of the city I live in, the voters of her city would have given ML the boot sooner or...

What a couple of great radio shows on JonBenet

Roy23, You can't really be sure that Tricia will be proven wrong. Just like she can't be sure that you will be proven wrong. And this is not about any of our egos here on this Forum. It should never be about, "See, I told you so" (Although those here, including Tricia, who did not fall for...

What a couple of great radio shows on JonBenet

Well, I was trying to give Mrs. Lacy the benefit of the doubt :-). Honestly, I do not know very much about her since I do not live in Colorado, and don't pay attention to Boulder politics. So I could not say whether or not she was a good or bad D.A. overall. It might be that she has done some...

What a couple of great radio shows on JonBenet

I wouldn't say she is "biased" anymore than any normal person has their own beliefs and biases. I think she's drawn conclusions based on her own analysis of the case. Clearly, we all bring our own "biases" to any issue we study. But we have to try and put those aside and look at what the...

What a couple of great radio shows on JonBenet

I tend to think that Tricia would not have any inside info in regards to any criminal investigation. More likely, in my mind, some new information to be released to the public, a new lawsuit to be filed, a new witness to step forward publicly, or something like that.

What a couple of great radio shows on JonBenet

As far as Steve Thomas goes, there was no mention of where he was or what he is doing, she just read a short New Year's message from him. It was nice to hear that he is aware of the good work going on at this forum and nice to know that he still thinks about this case every day.

What a couple of great radio shows on JonBenet

I just want to say again, Tricia, if you're listening, the two radio shows on Jon Benet have both been fabulous. You and Dawna and Cynic have completely moved me out of the IDI camp- hopefully, there are some journalists out there who have been listening. There seems to be a hint of...

Attn; Super Dave Where Are You

It would have been nice to have SD on the show, but it was very insightful and an excellent program nonetheless. I was very interested to hear the tidbits about John Douglas and the Whites in particular. And of course, the little bomb you threw in at the end of the show is extra incentive to...
