I dont think Tim was found with the truck, there would be medical persons on the site and so far all there is police, from what I can see from pictures, and a tow truck. They would not tow a live nor a deceased person.

Now here is my question. Why is he charged with forcible confinement? Doesn't that indicate that they have kept TB confined? Or is the act of taking the vehicle and then not having TB seen again the same? To me forcible confinement is keeping someone against their will.....someone who is alive.
