Also don't discredit the fact that she worked in bars full of drunk guys hitting on her every day. Maybe one couldn't take the rejection. She drove around with business decals which basically made everyone take notice of her wherever she went. Orlando has a huge sex trafficking operation.

I agree with Sparky. There's a wealth on information contained in these questions and, in fact, there are answers contained here that have been asked by posters who recently joined the thread. For others here it refreshes our memory of the case. It's a very important tool to us Sleuthers.
I said this before but of too many think it relavent that she worked in a bar. I'm really surprised that with all these people involved they can't find one good solid piece of evidence that Dale had anything to do with this. Either he's the best hit man I've seen or maybe they need to start looking elsewhere.

I'm on Dale's FB page right now and looking at some of his likes. Are we allowed to discuss these?
Well he was the one researching disappearances. He makes jokes about michelle being missing. Maybe his motive was to have dsjr get custody of the twins. Maybe after michelle moved out of the condo it was unacceptable to him that she would have the twins. Never underestimate how far some parents would go to 'help' their children.
Maybe after researching how to make her disappear he knew his son would be blamed, but also knew there would be no evidence.
Anyway I'm just throwing an idea out there like everyone should be at this point.

Yes, I have known and dated many bartenders. The amount of scummy guys trying to get them to go home with them after the bar closes is unreal. The bartenders themselves tend to fall into 2 categories either really slutty, or they've bartended so long a guy hitting on them just makes them sick. There is always a new guy everyday. Dsjr was one of these guys perhaps even nm too, but beyond this are hundreds if not thousands of guys that she has turned down. In my mind this weighs just as heavily as dating an abuser. People that discredit the fact she worked in a bar just don't know like I do how relevant it can be.

I agree, many people who came in contact with MP might also have had the opportunity to kill her. Unfortunately one does not need a motive to kill, senseless killings happen all the time, and one might have a motive to kill that nobody is aware of it. One can envision so many scenarios.

So you could be right...but how would Sr have had the opportunity unless he was there at the condo when Michelle arrived...I can't rule him out but IMO he was either an accomplice during or helped afterward with the cleanup. There is also the possibility that Dale had a friend help and Dale's parents don't know much...I doubt it but it is possible.
Anyway...I still think Sr's research on the Powell case months before Michelle missing (around the time that the PC episode was taped) is quite possibly the evidence that this was premeditated to some degree and not just heat of the moment. JMO

I agree, I don't think he had time if planned or unplanned. Why do this on the day of the PC hearing if planned? You know LE will think it is him.
Day Light, with a camera is another thing that a planned hit would be crazy.
Doing at your own place, again crazy.
Doing this with the kids there to make it even more difficult to carry out.
Having to get rid of her hummer at your condo in the daylight, at the time people are coming home; again crazy.
The cell phone is another thing, it powered down at 8:08. Why not get rid of it right away? If he wasn't going to answer A's call, no reason to answer anyone's call, just get rid of it.
No DNA or evidence in hummer or his condo and I bet they checked his van and truck, again how did he do this in less than 45 minutes?
He had months to kill her over this ring, he could have done that instead of going to court. He could have done it the next day she toss it over the balcony. He got $2,500 for it from PC. He had plenty of time in this relationship to pick a better killing spot than his condo. The time frame for me doesn't add up and you can't get past the Hoffner ping and him being at Sr at the same time. They need to look at someone else IMO.

Nobody's questions have been quite useful IMO. They have aided many discussions and launched several ideas and theories on this thread. By keeping an open mind in this case when you look at these questions they may help trigger some ideas that could help us find Michelle. I suggest going through them one by one.
Maybe someone who KNOWS Dale could pass the list to him and IF he has time...which he probably does since he is out of work...Maybe he can get some of the ANSWERS we need to find Michelle.
I dont think the ring has anything to do with it. He most likely killed her because he didnt want to pay child support.
Where else would he get the chance to attack her, if not at his place in a controlled environment, where he could take care of both her and her vehicle? She didnt live alone and always seemed to be around people.
