White female found in floating in Tampa Bay west of Davis Causeway in Safety Harbor. She had a rope tied to right foot that was attached to a cement block.
She was 35-55 years old, weighed about 115, 64 inches, estimated time of death approx. two days before (she was found March 04 1961).
Her hair was recently permed and she had an appendectomy scar and a Pfannenstiel type pelvic scar
She was wearing a green 1 piece Jantzen bathing suit, Size 14/36 and a white metal ring, flower design, with 17 stones and 8 missing. Two white metal bracelets. Fingerprints and dentals are available but no DNA. She had antemortem loss in her upper jaw and lower molars.
