My Oklahoma is showin this mornin. My music tastes are Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Pitbull, Lady GaGa, Flo Rida, LMFAO and Katy Perry. When I'm up at daybreak and letting the dogs out, the stereo goes on even before the coffee pot. lol My morning exercise is dancing. haha

This morning I posted on the 'Songs that woww you' thread but I posted Let Me Roll It because we played that at our wedding. That started me on a youtube journey and for some reason I ended up listening to Patsy Cline.

Patsy Cline has the most amazing voice and hearing her reminds me of home, a farm in Oklahoma. My grandparents would play Patsy Cline records and dance; my parents and aunties and uncles would join them. We little kids would laugh and dance right along. Music has always been a part of life for me and I sometimes play it 24/7. Thank god everyone else in the house loves music too.

This morning in our house Patsy Cline is queen, wonder who it will be tomorrow?

Thank you so much Jacie, I love me some Patsy. I have everything she ever recorded and she is Queen in my home some days as well. The mood just strikes and then I have to pull out all my Patsy CDs and play them over and over singing along.

Patsy Cline is one of my all time favorites. "Crazy" brings tears to my eyes-it is a beautiful song-and Patsy was a beautiful lady.

I'm not a fan of CW music-at all. But one day, I was at the salon getting my hair done, and Patsy was playing. I loved her! The stylists were shocked I didn't know who she was. But that was about 30 years ago, and I've loved her ever since. Thank you for posting this.

I used to be a real snob about c&w and not like it a bit - me? listen to that hick stuff? I still abhor most modern acts but when it comes to true genius - Hank Sr., Patsy, George Jones, Merle Haggard, Willie, Bob Wills & His Texas Playboys, more - it's some of my very favorite stuff.

One of my very favorites. LOL, have to laugh because when my kid hears Patsy singing in the future he will be reminded of me singing loudly in the shower... so loud that even the closed door didn't drown out the sound.

Grew up listening to her even though she passed several years prior to my birth. Used to think I was her reincarnated... joking of course, but I have the same mezzo tone of voice and can replicate her sound pretty well.
