highlights of 2004 courtroom antics
Court TV has an interesting article on courtroom antics from 2004. I hadn't heard the story about the boat at the Peterson trial.
.........While jurors in Scott Petersonís murder trial deliberated, a boat similar to the one prosecutors say he used to dump his wifeís body suddenly appeared in a lot near the courthouse. Both the lot and the boat, which contained a dummy that had been used in defense testing, belonged to defense attorney Mark Geragos.
It certainly was an interesting year.
Does anyone else know of any other courtroom antics in 2004 that didn't make the Court TV article?
Just when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........
Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
