A month's rain in FOUR HOURS!!!

Weird to be rescue from a train on land by a boat.

Power was out for about 5 hours last night. No flooding in this part of town though. Being from Vancouver, where the rain is distributed over many days per year instead of all at once, I didn't know what "it never rains but it pours" meant until I moved here.
