They were on the same page, one after the other on Yahoo....

I love that the drill to make sure there isn't the same chaos and issues with who is in command as last time had to be cancelled because... there was chaos and issues with who was in command! FEMA hasn't learned a single thing!

sounds like a big clusterfok to me, about the trailer park land...they need to be ready & aware...i'm glad i don't live there..
 
Surpised no, disappointed oh yeah, but with all of the governments involved, little wonder it has been and will be a mess when another hurricane hits.....
