That makes me sad. I know he and June aren't there but it still has an association with them in my mind. I loved Johnny Cash and the movie IWalk the Line.

That's a crying shame! I loved Johnny Cash and also June. As long as no one is hurt tho; that's the most important thing. I hope it wasn't arson!

My parents have been in that house, they attended a party with my Aunt and Uncle who lived next door.

Such sad news. The Cash children, although they're adults, lost their parents and now their parent's home.This must be a terribly sad time for them. Prayers to the family.

Seems as though 2 famous families have a shared a loss. From the article posted at the beginning of this thread.

The property is currently owned by singer-songwriter Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees, who purchased it in December2005.
