LUDINGTON, Michigan (AP) -- More than 200 firefighters, police officers, relatives and other volunteers searched an area near Lake Michigan on Sunday for a 12-year-old girl who disappeared from her home.
Police were holding a man known by the child's mother for questioning, but did not release any information about him except that he was 30 and had a criminal record.
Sabrina Dalzell was last seen Friday. Her mother, Amanda, left the girl and her 10-year-old brother at home that night, and discovered Sabrina missing the following morning. Police said the boy didn't appear to know anything about his sister's disappearance.
