I don't remember hearing about this case before (even though I'm relatively local). Hopefully one of the potential matches will give this Jane Doe her identity.
I think the article said that she is being checked. (If she is the Hood River woman missing since 2004 that they are referring to). They are also checking a woman missing from Portland since 2001.
That crossed my mind too, english. But it seems that they are pretty confident she is an older woman, 45-55. She had also undergone a hysterectomy. They could be wrong, of course...
