And why would SA now delay release of docs by a week??????

In fact, Yuri was very clear that he could not answer or discuss anything about the case. The ONLY time he remotely even referred to anything to do with this case is when he asked that we remember George & Cindy in our prayers and reminded us that they are grieving grandparents. He simply expressed his appreciation of support and talked mostly about he and his wife's enjoyment of riding their motorcycles cross-country.

So, with all due respect to Richard Hornsby, I suggest HE read the entire thread in context before HE blogs about Yuri blogging about THIS CASE...because he DID NOT.

I say, bring on the darn thread. Expose it. He didn't type one word that can hurt his credibility or the SA's case, imo. If this is all the defense has, they are in really, really poor shape.

If Yuri were so discredited by his mere presence here, so then are several witnesses who actually DID discuss the case here-I won't name all names as they did not all identify themselves by name (a couple of them let us guess, and I think Dante identified himself, Tony Padilla, etc.), but we know that CA & fam are quite familiar with us, as TraceyM told us...because our awesome mods protect their privacy, we have no way of knowing who posted what, and perhaps would-be hostile state witnesses have posted here as well.
Is JB going to attempt to have the testimonies/interviews of Tony, Dante, Yuri, Rick Plesea, Exit13 completely tossed because they used forums? Good luck, buddy. We are in the 21st century, and expressing an opinion here is no different than expressing an opinion on the Today Show, the Enquirer or the Globe. Only, we don't get paid for our propaganda.
Wonder if he will go after Ricardo, Kio and (was it Kristina or Brittany) Brittany next?

Well, I can easily see Baez tipping off Jim L., and maybe there is a harmless clerical reason for the delay, which Baez got notification of.

See? All we needed were 3 notices of appearance filed with the clerk and we would have this info. No need for a big hoopla. Good gracious for a bunch of attorneys who keep complaining about media exposure they sure do love those cameras and mics.

Not insanity IMO ... but with the new team of attorney's I think they are going to begin to focus a LOT on ICA's upbringing and her 'state of mind'. As RH asserted in his blog, they may not use this in the Guilty phase but during the Penalty phase to avoid the DP.

[RH gave the SA a heads-up just in case they were busy and missed the change in Defense gears.]

I believe that the Defense are primarily focused on penalty mitigation, seeding motions for later appeal and, the post-game appeals show.

I think the Defense are going to focus on ICA's life, the media/public attention, the demonstrators and bloggers and -- focus on ICA getting a harsh penalty for a young Mother ... DP for the 'un-intended death?' of her child. They may seek something less than LIFE.

If they do, I fail to understand why they are walking this all the way down the corridor to the end (DP) before trying to backup and get a lesser sentence when this could have been achieved in the early weeks/months when Caylee was thought missing.

The best would be if one of the new attorneys was Irish, a widower, and had an Irish baby....bingo!.....KC's IN LOVE! :dance:

Cripes, they are like insects at a picnic on the 4th of July ~ These attorneys keep crawling out of their holes in the ground and siging on like little Pied Pipers. Good God ~

As far as Baez backing out, I don't think he could even if he wanted to because of that law that was recently passed regarding clients that have spent all their blood, I mean "stash of cash".
He is here for the duration unless he falls off Geraldo's yahct at and is lost at sea, or, is hit by lightening on the golf course.

So, 3 new attorney's attaching themselves to the trial of the century ~ All pro-bono, of course, I'm sure.
They are gonna have to play rock, paper, scissors for a seat at the desk in the court room ~!!

Maybe they took my criticism to heart to have someone articulate and well prepared to present in court, to seek the level and standard of LDB and JA.

They saw what LDB can do at the 911 Call Motion Hearing and called in additional troops.......
