April 3, 2010[*]John Q. Kelly and Beth Holloway fly to Aruba to meet with Joran. No money exchanged.
April 15, 2010 [*]Beth Holloway wires $100.00 to Joran with more to come. (verified in unsealed additional documents)
May 10th- $15,000 wired from Beth Holloway's Mountain Brook, Ala. bank, to a bank in the Netherlands. (6,9,16)
- $10,000 paid to Joran in cash. (9,16)
- Joran takes them to a house and tells them it is where NH's body is hidden. It was later discovered the house did even not exist when she disappeared, proving the story a lie. (16)
- Contract is signed between Joran, Beth and John Q. Kelly as well as photographs taken of them signing contract. ( verified: in Nancy Grace Transcript: 6/11/10 )
May 13th- Joran leaves Aruba.

- 5:20am - Arrives at Hotel Tac Lobby ()
- 5:21am - Leaves Hotel Tac Lobby towards room 309 (2,3,15)
- 5:23am - Enters Room (2,3,15)
- 8:10am - Seen on camera leaving room in same clothes he entered room earlier in, Goes to gas station/supermarket to buy 2 cups of coffee and bread.
- *Stephany uses his computer and finds emails relating to Natalee Holloway (5)
- Seen on camera returning from buying coffee at gas station/supermarket. Holds 2 cups of coffee and bread (biscuits). (17)
- Stephany confronts him about emails, they fight.
- [8:30am - Conflicting reports - Murder Takes Place, Time of death. (17)]
- 8:35am - Leaves the room carrying 2 cups of coffee, and something else (keys) in his hand. Closes the door behind him. Stands outside room looking around, and knocks on the door as if he is locked out. Walks out of frame. (18)
- *Drinks coffee and eats biscuits while he considers what to do with the body.

- 8:46am - JVS Leaves Hotel Tac wearing different clothes, carrying 2 bags (3,15)
- Takes taxi to Jorge Chavez Airport, but gets freaked out by police. Instead: (19)*
- Takes a taxi to Peru/Chile border. (13)
June 1st- 11pm - Hotel TAC receives call from someone looking for vadersloot. Call was forwarded but noone answered. (8)
June 2nd- ~12am - Hotel Receptionist notices Joran owes money for 2 nights, goes up to the room, and knocked on the door. Noone answered, but she heard the television blaring and assumed he was sleeping. She spoke with someone, presumably her manager, and he said to use a spare key to go in. When she went in, she discovered the body. Stephany was wearing only red panties and a black t-shirt, but was half covered with a piece of white clothing. The receptionist turned off the TV and lights on her way out. (8)

- Stays in a hotel in Santiago. Leaves his credit cards there. (6 pg. 2)
June 3rd- Joran is captured by police while travelling in a taxi on the highway between Santiago and Valparaiso. (11)

June 4th- Joran is flown to the border city of Arica to be expelled. (12,14)
- Joran arrives in Peru, driven across border near Santa Rosa to police station. (12)
June 5th- Joran arrives at Lima Police Headquarters. (14)
June 7th- Confesses to her murder while in Peruvian Custody.
