Donna B. bond hearing!!
Since the Donna B. arrested for drugs thread is closed I opened a new one to post this info.
She has a bond hearing in a few minutes-1:30.

Thanks for clearing that up about the rescheduling of the bond hearing. I failed to see the RESET when I looked at it!

The hearing on 2/17/10 is for another criminal who will he heard by Judge Berger. Click on the link to 2/17/10 and you will see it is for someone else.
Donna's Felony Arraignment is 3/8/10

It was NEVER reset. Everyone is looking at the hearing on the 17th that was reset BUT it was NOT for Donna, but that of someone named Gray.

Read the docket from the bottom up-it was originally set for the 17th and then changed to the 10th.

Now this appears:

Means they're going to investigate where whoever comes up with the bond money got it from.

Oh I know that...it was specified there would be a Nebbia hearing when she was first arrested if anyone tried to post bond - but today there was a motion made for one....so I am thinking someone has come up with the bond and now they want a hearing???
But does the "take it under advisement" mean they don't have to grant a hearing? That the judge can take it under advisement and decide yes or no?
That's what I don't understand.

In a nutshell, yes. The court can grant or deny the request (motion). The judge could have a number of reasons for withholding her decision. She might want to review the case, including the documents that accompanied the motion. If the court's docket is heavy, it might be a scheduling issue. We'll just have to keep checking the docket.
