There is nothing wrong with being on medication if it's needed. There is something wrong with her ridiculous statements and accusations of everyone other than Casey. If meds are altering her thinking so that she can't competently take a lie detector test, for example, maybe she should refrain from speaking so much about the case in that condition.

And personally I wouldn't get into a motor vehicle with her at this time.

I saw people really trying to give George credit yesterday for what they thought he was doing. He is an Anthony, we know what they do. And this mornings statements just prove that.

George loves his family and he has "from day one" :crazy: told LE the truth in private and towed the "family line" in public. If you compare his statements regarding the gas can incident you cann plainly see this. He tells LE the truth and then on Greta lets Cindy spin the story. He even tells LE that his daughter is lying at the same time that he's telling the public that he believes her.
It takes a lot of courage to leave your spouse, especially a spouse as nutty as Cindy.

IMO Cindy has an "sourness" about her, I have aunts that have that same pissy look and character as Cindy, they are also overbearing as well as mean women.

i think cindy is as pissy as the next person does, but in all honesty, how many of us have known her and her demeanor before all this happened? we don't know what she was like before. if this was happening to my family, i'd be pretty pissy from that point, too.

oh, and i also have those aunts! fun, isn't it? lol.

Cindy keeps talking about how well she knows her daughter and how her daughter would never harm Caylee. Well Cindy, how quickly you forgot that you called Casey a sociopath a liar and thief, was seeing a therapist yourself, and was trying to figure out how to get custody of Caylee.

Cindy didn't think Casey was a great mother. Yet she expects us to believe she was? Whatever Cindy.

I was thinking the same as you, Suzi. Did CA forget she called her daughter an "unfit mother", wanted to have her arrested, told friends she was a thief and to check their accounts, because KC had probably stolen money? Does she recall her first comment, "What did you do?"I am so frustrated by this woman. I had to turn the interview off, because I felt my blood pressure skyrocket, and I was acting like my old grandmother used to, and yelling at the TV like a fishwife!
I really believe that somewhere along the line, CA must have some accountability for her actions, as well as her repeated falsehoods to the media. And what was that stop under the overpass for? No way JB would have allowed the bail bondsman to escort KC to jail: he would want to use that photo op himself! Before I saw on TV what happened, I was praying that Kevin Beary and OCSD would arrest her, and not allow her to turn herself in at her convenience. Sorry if I went off on a rant.

I think she is protecting Lee and to do that she must protect Casey. She knows her Granddaughter is gone. They are desperate for money and have dollar signs in their eyes at the expense of Caylee's demise. They are warped and Cindy is the leader of the pack - make no mistake who rules with the iron fist over everyone emotionally and mentally.

In the interview in the driveway this morning did anyone notice that GA was looking down at a paper of points to cover and what to say? I saw it. And I'm sure I know who wrote it for him too. MOO

I want to say that I love everyone here - you all are so smart - It took me a week to figure out how to set up my internet provider email since I couldn't use gmail - but I am taking a break from this for awhile. If I don't I fear I will end up totally out of it like CA.
I just watched GA's interview, the one this morning where he has notes and one can tell in his voice that it is a script (maybe this is the missing script!!)
Then I watched 10 seconds of CA's. When I saw her, I realized that that I knew it would make me mad or sick or both. So I am taking a break from CA and GA and JB, not watching interviews, not listening to interviews. Going to relax, do other things until Tim and TES come back . Thank you WSers

Watched the interview with Cindy. She really does need professional help...

You know, last night on NG, TM said that EQS would be back to search for little Caylee and that he believed that it would be the largest search in EQ history. I believe he is right. Besides bringing Caylee home, I believe that every parent that is available will be out there to search for this child in hopes that finding it will help CA see that Caylee is gone. I doubt CA will believe that it is actually Caylee's remains, but that would be the final wake up call for CA. If she doesn't see by then, then her family does need to intervene (what is left of her family).

CA behavior is past bizarre and outrageous. She is in real emotional trouble here, I believe.

So sad.

I would agree Cindy is on "medication"...otherwise I don't know how she'd function! Is there something wrong with that? I'm on "medication," too!

Nothing wrong with being on medication.
Even though I don't agree with Cindy I believe she is under tremendous strain, sleeplessness, anxiety..and it would be difficult to cope after all these months without seeking help from a doctor.

I haven't been able to read the whole thread yet so forgive me if this has been mentioned, but what stood out to me was when Cindy stated how Casey Loved her daughter, not loves, but in the past tense of loved. imo she may not come out and admit it, but Cindy does deep down inside know Caylee is gone.

Also, when she said that there's nothing in the world that would make her think that KC did anything to Caylee, makes me wonder. Weren't CA's first words, when she found out Caylee was missing, "What have you done????"

trauma, stress, menopause, and grief.

Her grandaughters rotting body has been driven
around in her daughter's car.
Her daughter was charged with murder YESTERDAY

It isn't that she cannot competently take a poly due to lack of mental clarity or acuity because of the medication if it is Xanax, it is the fact that Xanax can in some cases be used to alter/mask the results. The test relies on certain biometric feedback to ascertain whether someone is being honest. Though, the efficacy of the use of the drug in "tricking" the test is up for debate, it is better to be safe than sorry.

I have a brother in law that has taken Xanax and then lied his butt off on a poly and passed with flying colors, though, he is a bit of a compulsive liar much like we know CA to be as well.
