<snipped> It is not clear who removed the makeshift memorial to the slain 2-year-old on Suburban Drive, just a short walk from where she lived with her mother, Casey Anthony, and her grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, in east Orange County.
A real estate agent who has the property listed said the seller did not remove it.
George Anthony told the Orlando Sentinel that a neighbor told him Tuesday the lot was cleared. He didn't know who did it.
A county spokeswoman said Orange County did not clear the lot.
Strangers turned the lot into a memorial after investigators scrubbed the property for clues and declared it was no longer a crime scene.

<snipped> Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, told a morning news program that his fight to stop the release of a jailhouse video is far from over.
"I think we have to get all of the facts in front of court. We've taken two depositions with both correctional officers who were there. Both of them had told us that what they did to her was cruel and unusual," said Baez.
Judge Stan Strickland delayed making a decision on the video at a hearing Thursday. The judge gave the media a week to decide whether they want to fight to get a copy of the jail video.
