Wow.....a child yelling near a School! And a Playground!
What an extraordinary occurence! Jeez JB, is it all going to come down to this?

The moment I started the video I began to sing along, I may have that song in my head all evening...LOL

...and all I keep thinking of are the lyrics from that Billy Preston song- "Nothing from Nothing" (leaves nothing!)

Only because of the date and time am I speculating here.

My meter is read on or very near the same date each month.

August 10th RK goes out and reads the meters in that area. has lunch

Sept: 10th unknown

October 9th Lady and Man call 911 about screaming for help by young child at 8:50 am

November 10th Rk says he had that route that month, but did not stop by woods.

Dec 11th Rk has this route and finds remains early morning, around 9

I would like to see the School bills to see what date meters are read.
I would like to see RK schedule for October 9th
I would like to see Rk Gps data in his work truck
I would like to see Rk cell ping records from Aug thru Dec.
I would like to see School Bus videos and School videos for these dates.
I would like to see any dash cam videos that LE has for these dates.

This is my opinion only to be suspicious. The dates and times are too close.

and were there other kids on the playground? anyone of them could've screamed 'help' while playing a game or roughhousing

evenif the child did not scream help, the teacher said it's possible he screamed something that sounded close to it

at any rate, Caylee was not an adolescent & I think anyone hearing a scream for help could tell the difference between a toddler's voice & an adolescent couldn't they? (there's an experiment for the investigators)

they're going to try & introduce this b/c it goes to reasonable doubt and points the finger supposedly somewhere else but as someone else said, there is other forensic evidence to trump any reasonable doubt

Caylee probably didn't even have a chance to yell for help, whenever & wherever she died :furious:

I agree, Caylee's mouth was duck tape shut so I don't see how she could of yelled for help IMO.

Exactly, WOW what a bombshell.


2 people called LE. One saying she heard a child yelling, the other an adolescent..
LE patrolled the area..asked other people if they had heard a child yelling for help..no one else had.
LE interviewed staff at the Elementary school..and a sworn statement was given to LE about a child yelling a few minutes before both ladies called LE.
Look at the map where the ladies live...they are on the other side of the wooded area from Suburban and almost due south of the elementary school.

Very interesting, I think it's more than 1 witness. The Orlando Police report states two witnesses called the police about the scream.

Florence Harbor is also where JB had PI Lyon canvass the neighborhood for info, invoice below:

Lt. Driscoll & Officer O'Day were just listed as defense witness, my guess is the defense will not make the scream the issue, but the fact that several OPD and OCSO officers with a K-9 unit, an aerial helicopter search did not notice or find anything, therefore Caylee could not have been there on 10/09/08. Also note the map, it appears that the officers parked on Suburban Dr. as with X's.

IMO, they can't make this work because of Mr. Kronk calling in August. This will benefit the State because once again, the area was reported to be under water.

Yes, 2 ladies on Florence Harbor dr did call LE..
Yes, I too noticed they parked on Suburban Drive. LE parked across the street from the School, near the end of Suburban Drive.

LE went to check at the school..where there are kids outside at the time the ladies called LE. School hours 8:45-3:00
