LDB says: she wants case to get moving (hurray), 90% of forensic evidence has been released, the pace of proceeding suggests trial date this summer is next to impossible. They have no witness list and cannot depose until they know these witnesses.

Mr Strickland, sir, every time you shut JB up, I laugh my head off.
 
JB says he wants the case to move along too but doesn't want rug taken out from under them and wants to be thorough, says pot, kettle, Judge gets mad, don't go there.
 
Don't rush us. It's only on the second year since the murder!

They better have more then they have IMO. Sorry most wont agree but imo. I think she did it but me THINKNG that is not enough nore will it be for a Jury.
