he is disargeeing....with what? they have not agreed with time/punishment with the plea it seems

JB discussing about equal treatment for cases and clients. The defense feels it hasn't happened in this case. I am an advocate for Ms. Anthony. Ms. Anthony has had to endure discrimination because she is an unpopular individual.
