I want to know what the results were on the lva test about these claims!

Odd situation, Misty was sexually abused by Joe and Tommy?
If true Joe and Tommy were there at the trailer with Misty and Haleigh.
Joe took knife to Misty's throat.
Joe NOT arrested as of this show.
Misty was afraid of Joe.

current river search was 2-5 miles from mobile home.

JG thinks the time that Haleigh was killed it was a low light time (dark) and logical dump would be between 2-10 miles. Familiarity of players in this case with the location.

VERY GOOD POINT NOW... Steph says that cousin Joe would not be familiar with the area in the dark so one of the other players would have to be with him. Art now saying the part of Misty's letter where JoE was with Tommy. Was Misty covering for Tommy????? Did she say he was going with JOe to give him an alibi?????

TJ: the whys (his opinion/theory) steph jumps in/interrupts and says drugs. Art interrupts and says what if misty was bouncing on the couch with somebody, etc and Haleigh threatens to tell Daddy. (ie, fit of rage...deal with afterwords).. Art continuing his interruption.. was Misty tired of taking care of other people's children? She made that comment to someone. TJ never got to answer the question

Now going into the sexual abuse... Misty claims that Tommy and JOe both sexually abused her. TJ says the reason why she clammed up and says nothing is because she knows what happened. She knows exactly what happened per the voice stress analysis test.

Art says JOe is a very convenient suspect for the rest of the players.

Also when Misty says no one threatened her or tried to hurt her it showed inaccuracy and signs of deception

behind the scenes.... why take Misty and tommy to the river? Why do we trust them because they already lied to us. TJ says they want to match their stories up against one another. See if either of them start to point fingers at one another.

in general when do you take someone to a crime scene. JG says if you want to see someone's reaction you take them... and all you have to be is a good observer (ie, body language.. where eyes go, etc).. they don't know what LE knows but they know what they know. It might also be to support an independent corroboration of where something might be.

Art say they took her there because they are trying to pit misty against Tommy.
(he said a bunch of other stuff too .....)

Misty's own mother describes her molestation by cousin Joe but art has not put it up on his website due to sensitive nature

Art thinks that needs to be looked into since JOe was around Haleigh

Van had the whole family DNA in it

van that was taken in for testing: blood was found in the van but it was deer blood. Van wasn't useful also because the whole family had been in that van... any dna found in the van could have been presumed to have been in the van beforehand. Defense could easily argue against it.
