KOIN Kyron's parents not scheduled to speak this week, noting "heavy law enforcement obligations" Last Update: 6:47 am
Our focus continues to be fully on the investigation and finding Kyron. All indications are that law enforcement obligations will be heavy in the coming week. As a result, we are sorry that we cannot schedule any media meetings. We really apologize for the change but, as always, our priority is keeping our energy and available time focused on the search and both of those things will be in short supply this week. We will keep you updated immediately on any changes. If any breaking events do come up we will schedule a Q&A or interview session accordingly. Thanks for your understanding. We are currently planning on holding sessions the following week (July 19th and July 22nd) as events progress.

PORTLAND, Ore. -- The father of Kyron Horman accused his wife of sharing a sealed restraining order and having an affair with a man he's known since high school, according to court documents.
The records released Monday ask Terri Horman to appear in court to defend herself against the claims she violated a restraining order filed by Kaine Horman last month.
"As set forth in more detail below, Petitioner (Kaine Horman) has learned that Respondent (Terri Horman) gave an unauthorized party(ies) access to the documents and/or information in the court file. Petitioner is unaware of the extend of who else is aware of the contents of the court file," wrote Laura Rackner, Kaine Horman's lawyer, in the court documents.
PORTLAND, Ore. – Criminal defense lawyer Russell Barnett believes Terri Moulton Horman’s decision to not fight the restraining order that stops her from seeing her young daughter is strategy.
“This is sort of high-stakes poker,” he said. “Once you go to a hearing, then you have to testify under oath. You have to disclose more than—in this case to be fair—more than her attorney is comfortable with.”
