So he handcuffed her, then the Sargeant saw it and said to take the handcuffs off.

He actually said she was handcuffed? Well CRAP! There goes the motion being denied...

So...nobody escorted KC back in the house....she was, per LE, instructed she could go back into the house.

My, my, my....how interesting that CM is totally understandable and doesn't seem to have the hearing difficulties as he usually does. *roll eyes*

jbp doesnt want to waste even five minutes. he wants to know at some point from the state why miss anthony was cuffed. ohoh!

Got feed back just in time to hear HHJP hoping that someone will enlighten the court as to why she was cuffed... eek....

judge Perry....hopefully someone will elighten us why she was handcuffed.

LDB is going to show this kid was inexperienced.....just watch.

CM again! AND back to no reading of Miranda Rights!

:banghead::banghead::banghead:

He did handcuff her.

I do recall that this officer testifying that the reason he was sent to the address regarding a Stolen Vehicle...and removed them when told that this was a case of a missing child, possible kidnapping or something like that....
So I assume no meranda was necessary then...

Oooooh I get it, the cop was a n00b! He handcuffed her thinking she was being taken, then the sargent saw it and said "No, uncuff her", he did, and the defense is trying to use that as her being arrested.

(I think, I could be wrong)

Nice to see LDB leading this officer through questioning gently to calm him down - before we get to the tough stuff.
