Though its usually difficult to win an appeal & retrial, in this case I think he'll get one. Nothing to do with representation either...a lot to do with jurisprudence.

I would not have called what was presented "evidence." At all. Yet 12 good folk have decided that what they saw presented them with a firm, doubtless conviction.

Don't understand.

A man was just convicted of 1st degree murder with no evidence. I'm just shocked. He was railroaded.

What shocked me was his lack of defense. OMG - none, nada, zip. He certainly has every right to appeal. I still can't believe he did it - but I wasn't in the courtroom.
