I missed most of late this afternoon's hearing but just now watched a replay when it ended...what was most interesting to me was ICA got up from her chair, groomed herself, tried to neaten up the defense table, passed some papers and finally the guard tapped her and told her to come on....then she took her own sweet time, stopped and said something to AF and just meandered on out...........I don't get it. Take her butt outta there back to the cell. It is all about her. She still does not get it. She thinks she is smarter than everybody else. I don't know what that is called unless it is the term "stupid." IMO

Yes, and Lippman said tonight he absolutely disagrees - she will not testify according to him.

No, that group of jurors had not been instructed about what case they may be hearing . . . no cause, no culpability

Ok - this is just a little heads up.

Check out the unexcused jurors sticky thread.

I've compiled the final list for round 1.

I put them in numerical order by juror number so it will be easy to see when HHBP calls each one. I will try my best to keep them updated and will repost each night as the list dwindles down.

We will eventually have our 12 jurors and 8 alternates and will also have our background on what we know about each one.

So far the gender totals are 34 Males and 29 Females (I know that only adds up to 63 - somewhere along the line we are missing 4) If you find one of the missing please post the info in the sticky and I'll add it into the list.

Ok - that's all for now - back to our regularly scheduled programming!!!!!

Yes, laptop is subserviently sitting on my lap, as I type. When I got the blue screen of death --- I about freaked. In between reconf-ing it, I got a few shots on my desktop. Luckily, InSession had not gone off the air yet when it blew. Then I had desktop on the feed trying to get this back (caps were on here!)............anyway, thank you for always supporting your fellow members!

Do you know if those jurors were dismissed Monday and told to report back or if they were scheduled for Tuesday?
I keep thinking that Monday afternoon, the judge said keep up to #___ and send the rest home and have them report back and follow my instructions.
So, if that was the case - I wonder if there could be charges from the judge.
If not, surely *SHE* knew what circus was in town and gosh, I wish she had thought more about the value of her stories vs the value of getting justice for CAYLEE.

1. Has anyone gotten a visitor list from new jail? Wonder if CA made an appointment!
2. New lady, bolin --- anyone beside me think given her:"Founder and Owner of Able Court Reporting - 14 years experience in court reporting." <----- that JB brought her on to get the 'real time' testimony he wanted for jury consultant?

There is definitely something going on with Jose - seemed obvious to me on Monday. I think this little spat was just a little indicator that things are not well with him and the princess.

I haven't been following this circus too closely, only what I've seen on NG, JVM and VN.

Right now I hope that ICA cracks and pleads out. I would really like for her to confess to what she has done. Doubt that will ever happen.

Lol, I'm a bit older too. It is good to see all of us together again on the case. Good to see you BeanE and thank you for the links you provide. What will we do when it is over?! I will be sad that we do not meet in the same corner of the coffee shop everyday.:heart:

As far as giving her meds b/c she just now started having panic attacks, that would not happen here. Don't know about Florida. Here inmates are only given life necessary meds. She does not need daily meds normally, so here she would not get any just to sit at the table and behave. She would simply be removed from the Courtroom until she could behave. Florida seems a bit different than things are here, so they may, but I am not certain they will. There are medical issues involved in giving inmates anything at all to be concerned with.
