So will TL testify to that stuff for the jury now? Or does the judge have to rule on that at some point?

I just got feed back on . . . . lost it for about 20 minutes
HHBP said original schedule was off on Memorial Day . . .will be working Saturday . . .bess guestimate at that time when do think wrap up?
JB: Waiting on things to be signed . . .
HHBP : authorized add'l 100 hours of the 200 hours requested . . .
Jb asking for transcripts . . .
HHBP asking rates from Dr. Krop (sic) if consistent w/JAC rates
take up motion in limine tomorrow am? recess til 8:30 in the morning . . .
HHBP talking about public property . . .
Mr. Lazaro . . still under oath . . .
JB: profer testimony . . .regarding shared secrets . . . kc shared her that she was abused by her Father . .

shocked, quickly change subject so she would not dwell upon it . .. . from my personality, I would be trying to change the subject.

JB want to ask you (will get transcipts) do you recall any discussions about her Father . . .
TL recalls abuse but definately it was NOT sexual abuse . . . short discussion . . don't recall details . . . he does recall the word "hitting" (did not agree to JB's word "abuse)
JB saying they are getting his file from outside .
HHBP . . when did KC tell you about LA abuse
TL before June 30 or after July 5th (think I got that right)
said LA tried to feel her up on her chest . . .can't recall her approx age . . .
recent or child in past of tender years . .

TL : Kc said "it did not happen" . . he tried to attempt to feel her up . . .
TL : re GA . . . hitting that is all I remember . . . .I took it as discipline
She said GA hit her as a child . . .
JB: remember our deposition over the phone . . .page 30 line 13-17 . . .
so you don't know if it is physical or sexual . . it could have been if you would have asked me at the time it would hav been easier . . . it was 2/2011 when asked questions . . .he can't recall if there was any kind of abuse . . .
