Wouldn't it be because if you are calling a specific witness it is because you know what the witness is going to testify to and because it helps to support the theory you are trying to put forward???

yes, but I think your own witness can be brought in so that you can try and discredit the opposition as well.

I just love the fact that they named this "Sniffer" equipment after a dog bread...since they were trying to replicate the unique abilities of their scenting abilities..ala~~ Gerus and Bones :great:
