Someone up thread had respectfully stated when visiting relatives in Orlando area, (s)he would like to pay respects to Caylee's gravsite, if there was one.

:innocent::seeya:

The Anthony's have not disclosed where Caylee's remains are, because they did not want it to become a public memorial.
I was referring to the jewelry with ashes. I have a necklace with my child's ashes and have seen it referred to negatively before. We don't know if Cindy has a necklace, and why does it matter? That was my point .:seeya:

did you happen to catch ICA's reactions in that "best of JA" youtube video? wow.

Morning, had a dream that Casey was found not guilty of first and second degree murder and was convicted of some minor charge that didn`t require jail time. She also told the "real story", in which she was driving a truck instead of the pontiac and Caylee fell out of the truck by accident.

It`s going to be nerve-wrecking to hear the verdict.

You know, I've followed this case since the day ICA was first arrested. It seems to me that the more people know the evidence, the more likely they believe she is guilty of premeditated murder. That said, I'm not sure that the entire jury has arrived there; they see less than we non-jurors do. I hope for 1st degree conviction, but reluctantly realize that the jury may not arrive there as a whole, and may compromise on something like aggravated manslaughter. We should all prepare for something less than what many of us believe would find true justice for Caylee. Let's hope for clarity for this jury. :sigh:

Back to Casey at the end of court..Who knows. I wouldnt say she was mad. Initially, it seemed to me, she was just like .Nope, no way. That can't be it...there must be more we can do. Then it seemed, by the way she held her arms out at one time, I thought maybe she was complaining about JA putting that big board out for her to see, and wanting something done about it..... But, I would say the post about maybe she wanted that document to read... sigh.....more caseyisims.

My initial thought is that ICA was flustered about not being able to finish her "filing and organizing" project - the guard was waiting for her to finish shuffling papers around, and I saw the guard motion with her hands as she spoke with someone out of camera shot. I thought perhaps she was telling someone on the DT to please relieve ICA of her legal assistant duties so she could escort the inmate out of the courtroom.

I'm at work where I deal with international clients all day. Just had an in depth conversation with a woman in Australia. She thought it was an accident. Before we were through, she was certain it was premeditated. She just didn't know ALL the evidence, and I only gave her a small taste.

ya know, everyone keeps saying JB, CM, DS, AF are all a part of ICA's "dream team"..... well I see your dream team Casey, and raise you Caylee's REAL dream team....

:grouphug:

They are quite a team aren't they!! I saw a clip of JA walking into the courthouse after lunch, talking on his cell phone, with his jacket off....whoa-boy, nice physique! :blushing:

Seriously tho, I'm really going to miss watching this team do their thing....I've never seen anything like them and likely won't again! God Bless JA, LDB and FG!

I had to leave when the SA had 3 witnesses left, can someone tell me who the last 3 were and did they start closings? Thanks had to go to doctor and just to tired to hunt tonight.

I don't think it was Lee. Didn't he have to ask her for her passwords when he visited her in jail? He would have had to known her login password to be able to delete those files.

I think she deleted them when she was at her computer on the June15-16 time frame when she was pulling off info for Melich.

IMO
IIRC computer evidence proved the files were deleted from Firefox aka ICA's browser. And, you are correct about Lee not having PW to her acct & messages deleted about same time she gave YM her :seeya:cell phone print out from same desk top?

IMO Casey didn't look scared at all. Psychopaths are incapable of fear.

I wonder what will happen to Ashton after this case? Was he known at all before this case?

You are kidding - right? Ashton presented the first DNA information at a Frye hearing and had it accepted as evidence in court among other things. He is extremely well known and accepted an the ultimate professional.

Also I think of the first call home from jail ICA made. ICA says "I saw your little cameo on tv" ...mad. CA says "I don't know your involvement in this, sweetheart." It just sounded creepy.

Yeah, and what about, "don't worry, I didn't say anything "

Are we sure ICA did not break that sweet baby's neck? Would that have shown with what was left of the skeleton?

This chick is a scary one...Tiffany Cole

And this one:

Emilia L. Carr

The victim’s body was found a month later (March 2009) in a shallow grave. The jury recommended the death penalty by a 7-5 majority. Carr is currently on death row at Lowell CI Annex.

I watched that clip where posters thought she was angry. All I saw was a sociopath putting on a performance because she knew the cameras were on her and she was putting on a show. Check the wide gestures, the wide open eyes - stalling - loving the camera and the attention. Freaky!!!

I much preferred the motion denied look - immediately put her head down and worked really hard to stay in control. No show-off for the camera just then.

Same thing happened with my dad (a retired atty, btw) He hasn't followed the case much at all, but said to me "they don't have any evidence". By the end of the conversation, he agreed she was guilty. When I gave him some of the details the defense gave like: GA, ex-cop helped hide the murder and the body, he said that's stupid. Nobody believes that. They're crazy. She's guilty. He thinks the 31 days is a very obvious clue just for starters.
