2012.08.09 Hearing to unseal docs

I'm sorry.....I'm nosey and I WANT TO SEE AND HEAR!!!!!!!!!!! I want to see the woman. Please, please, please...I hope a reporter tracks her down.

I am intrigued by her too!

My (sarcastic) guess: She's the girlfriend of the shorter gentleman with the goatee who took that phone call at the emergency exit which allowed Holmes entry into the theater AND she's probably upset because Holmes' promised to pay for his ticket and failed to so she'd like his money.

A TV reporter who had spoken to her before the hearing began said the woman talked to her about a conspiracy dating to 1956 and a blazing light that surrounded Holmes when he allegedly opened the back door of the theater July 20.

Okay, maybe she can't help, but she may get a free room for the night.

Poor victim that was scared, so sad.

I'm not going to comment on or judge the shaved head because for all we know she has cancer or undergoing treatments.

However she absolutely sound credible:

Just listened to a phenomenal audio-cast discussing the Media case from Colorado Public Radio's (CPR) State Integrity Investigation which is a partnership between CPR the Center for Public Integrity.

This discussion (from August 8) features Steven Zansberg is the Denver lawyer representing the press in the Holmes case and to offer some insight into the desire for secrecy is former prosecutor, now criminal attorney, and adjunct professor of law at DU, Karen Steinhauser.

Note: Researchers there graded all 50 states for their corruption risk and gave Colorado a D+. Then again I live in Illinois and you all know about our government's corruption-free history... :floorlaugh:

No doubt .. probably after they haul her off in handcuffs. (Just a guess.) JMO
:waitasec: Why in hancufs? She was apprehended
I would hope they took a statement from her.
I would like to know what she had to say.

The former grad student charged in last month's deadly shooting rampage at a Colorado movie theater gave his religion as "agnostic" and his occupation as "laborer" when he was booked into jail, according to a document released to Yahoo News this week.
The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office booking report provides few other details about James Eagan Holmes or his motive for allegedly opening fire during a midnight showing of "The Dark Knight Rises." Twelve people were killed and 58 wounded.
The 24-year-old suspected gunman gave jailers his mother's name as an emergency contact.

Where did "laborer" come from? All the labor it took to boobytrap that apartment? :what:

This article pretty much states the same thing except this article has the sketch of JH

Public defender Dan King, Holmes' court-appointed attorney, said Holmes, 24, had sought treatment for mental illness before the July 20 shootings. King repeatedly referred to Holmes' mental health at a hearing during which news media outlets sought to unseal court documents that could reveal details about the case

This news said, Defense read thousands of reports of this crime but they got no video or pictures at all and they are requesting the judge to give them access . When can defense have access to this? Does this smells fishy? IMO, DEFENSE should have already access to this at this point IMO..

I was wondering about this myself.
I do not like how it is being handled so far.

sumthins fishy!!

Pprotecting the University... JMO

MI has a huge stigma in order to help someone with MI - you have to care.
IMHO they do not give a chit, or he would have been medicated and helped long ago.
They do not unravel that fast to tat degree, and the signs were clear to me you do not go from brilliant to average student in several weeks this has been ongoing for some time.

Something is more than just fishy, IMHO it is gross neglect.

It depends on the discovery rules in Colorado; since he was only formally charged a couple weeks ago, I don't think it's too surprising that the prosecution hasn't turned over all this discovery. I'll try to Scooby Doo the discovery rules in Colorado.
