2016.01.07 Discovery Docs Batch 3 - Crime Scene Images included

I am struggling to figure out what I have and have not seen yet. I'm looking for documents that may be hidden behind all these pictures. I really feel overwhelmed with the way these are presented in 52 folders.
So appreciative just frustrated and wondering if others feel similarly.

This Doc Dump does not contain any written documents. Only the few JR FB logs are presented in text form. The pictures were not in a logical sequence. And there are also a few gaps. Some documents do not contain Bates numbers, some are double. In other cases the Bates number blends into the same dark shade of a color and is therefore difficult to read or almost non-existent.

Are e-mails considered written documents? I don't know-to me they would be considered 'written'. Just in text form.

Here is what you can do with the posted links: Make a screenshot - either in 100% or 50% or even quarters- then print it/them out, number them and while you scroll through the pdf files on your computer, create an index or write down the most interesting aspects directly underneath the thumbnail in your printout.
The more you enlarge your screenshot prior to printing it out and re-assembling it, the more space you have to write on it. Then pin it on to your wall (now you see why "negative " space is so important..) and keep adding comments (pencil with eraser works best..).

So maybe the hammer found and photographed @crime scene wasn't the actual hammer used, just staged (excuse me) w/TS's blood and hair? Trying to go along with making this look like a home invasion instead of the hit it was??

I apologize that I haven't figured out how to save the pics on my iPad to paste here, but here are a few things I noticed on pics so far

Batch 4, pics 27760 and 27761 - CWW wallet contents. Why and how weird to carry around a credit card not yet activated, but even weirder to carry around one of those fake offer ones. See in big letters on back "this is not a credit card."

Batch 38, pic 29838 - contents of a drawer to MS extremely messy Business Mgr home office. Why on earth does he have a supply of needles in his drawer?

Batch 24, pics 29314 through 29316. Notice the jar of Ceylon Cinnamon. Is that what we are thinking are the toothpicks, one on counter and one on floor?

That hammer at the crime scene looks placed to me. If it was dropped or flung wouldn't it leave some type of blood smear? I have a feeling it was delicately laid down where it was found.

I have been in Dr's homes before, but never seen a mess like this home. I feel like I am being invasive looking at the pics and I am not judging, but in my opinion a messy car, home etc usually mimics a messy life. After seeing Mark's vehicle and the furniture, I definitely think this was about money.

There is picture of a note I think from MS to Teresa, about carrots, running out to store? And anyhow the handwriting looks to be the same as on the video tape labels.

On no...not at all.
That picture made me sad. It was a note from BS telling TS the dogs had ran out of carrots and Bonnie had bought more for them so TS wouldn't have to. She then wrote the dogs love their carrots :frown: BS is seems so sweet and this whole case is just so heartbreaking.

I have two questions:

First, it was reported somewhere that the perps (CWW) owed someone (MS?) a "favor" & the return was dear TS getting killed. Perhaps my mind is fuzzy about this but if this is the case, how BIG was the original deed done (by MS?) that warranted a "return of the favor" to be murder? Someone help me out here, please??!!!

Second, someone help me out on what those tapes found in their home were titled, please! I looked at them briefly and I couldn't believe my eyes! Did one of the reference "Mom & Dad" and something about lovemaking? WTH? Maybe I'm seeing things? Can someone here please clarify??

And two observations that are just my opinions only: first is that poor BS must have seen qualities in her son throughout the years of his psychopathic wrongdoings. I feel bad for her & I hope one day she will reveal them. Yep, he almost set her up at the crime scene but figured he'd set up poor Dr P instead!
Second, while the home of TS & MS was newish, it certainly didn't reek of money or "affluenza" by any means. Not particularly well kept or decorated nicely-- almost sparse & at the level of furnishings of a couple just starting out.

By the way because someone here asked-- Ceramic floors throughout (or any solid hard material---many times marble) are common & practical in Florida homes due to high humidity & sandy soil).

I saw that picture of the books she was reading. Kind of a poignant moment for me...realizing for all the health related help she gave me...I could have helped her on this one. One of the beautiful things about TS was that she was always open to learning. Humble, if she was having a challenge she wasn't shy about asking for tips from her older patients (like me..lol). She maximized her resources in that regard and it is probable one of the many reasons people respected her so much.

Counting grades 1-12, TS was in school half of all her entire life. For what? She will never get to enjoy the fruits of her labor. She will never be able to help her daughters get ready for their proms, graduate or help with the planning of those little girls weddings. She'll never get to hold her newborn grandchildren. And you better bet that with every "milestone" those girls reach, their hearts will be hurting as they are thinking "I wish my mother was here."

And what makes it even more monstrous and heartbreaking is the lowlife SOB's went straight for her head. Her incredible mind, so full of knowledge. :cry:
